At Barris Roofing, we offer three levels of drone services to cater to different client needs. Whether you require a full photogrammetry-based survey, a standard inspection for quoting purposes, or an insurance flat roof report, our drone services ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
We use DroneDeploy professional analytical mapping software for our full surveys.
Full drone surveys with photogrammetry – £399 + VAT
Our full drone survey provides a detailed 3D photogrammetric model of your roof, allowing us to assess structural integrity, damage, and areas requiring maintenance. This service includes:
High-resolution aerial imagery captured using survey-grade drones.
DroneDeploy professional analytical software for in-depth data processing.
Close-up images of identified issues.
A detailed PDF report with annotated images, highlighting defects and recommendations.

Standard drone usage for quoting – Included in free quote
For projects requiring a roof inspection before quoting, we use a drone to take a few high-resolution photographs to assess the work required. This service:
Helps us provide accurate quotes without the need for physical access.
Reduces risk by eliminating the need for ladders or scaffolding, which are not allowed in many cases.
Images captured are for our internal use only and are not shared with clients, as doing so could allow our free inspection services to be used by others for competitive quoting.
We do not offer free quotes to clients in the purchase/lease agreement stages. Being at this stage requires a full survey.

Insurance flat roof reports – £150 + VAT
For insurance reports on flat roofs, we may use a drone to capture a few key images of the roof’s condition, which we then incorporate into our report. This helps document:
