Referral Scheme Terms (first the boring bit)
Referral Rewards - What you will get!
We offer an Amazon (UK) voucher to the value of 10% of the accepted quotation amount (excluding VAT). The maximum voucher value cannot exceed £200. Rewards are capped at the £200 maximum)
Amazon vouchers will be issued via email within 14 days of the referred domestic client’s payment being received.
Referral Reward Application Process
Step 1: Submit the Form & Refer Us!
Fill out the referral form with the required details to log your referred client into our referral programme.
We will contact them to arrange a free inspection appointment.
Step 2: Validation
Once the appointment has been booked, we will validate your application for the referral reward scheme. A quote will be issued to the person you have referred.
Step 3: Job Progress
We will track the following milestones for your referral:
Quote Accepted: The referred client must accept the quote.
Work Completed: The job must be successfully completed.
Invoice Settled: The referred client must fully pay the invoice.
Once all milestones are achieved, we will issue your reward (an Amazon voucher) within 28 days.
Eligibility
Rewards are issued only after the referred domestic client has paid in full for the service.
Referrals must be made before the referred client contacts the company.
The referral must result in a successful booking and service completion.
Redemption
Amazon vouchers will be issued via email within 14 days of the referred domestic client’s payment being received.
Rewards are issued per qualifying service, and multiple referrals are allowed.
Exclusions and Notes
1. Self-Referrals Not Allowed
Referrers cannot refer themselves, their business, or any account they are directly associated with (e.g., family-run businesses or entities they own).
2. Duplicate Referrals
Referrals for the same client will not be accepted more than once. If multiple referrers claim credit, the first valid application will be honoured.
3. Quote Already Provided
Referrals submitted after a quote is issued to the referred client will not qualify.
4. Unsuccessful Applications
If the referred client does not accept the quote, the job is not completed, or the invoice is not paid in full, the reward will not qualify.
5. Payment Terms
If the referred client requests extended payment terms or delays payment beyond the agreed schedule, the referral will not qualify.
6. Fraudulent Applications
Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the referral programme (e.g., false information or gaming the system) will result in disqualification.
7. Discretionary Rejection
We reserve the right to refuse any referral application that does not meet our internal guidelines or if misuse is suspected. If refused, we will notify the referrer early in the process.
9. Reward Limit
Each referrer is eligible for a maximum of 30 referral rewards per calendar year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Exclusions for Current Clients
Referrals are valid only for new clients. Referrals for existing or past clients who have worked with us in the last 43 years are not eligible.

Transparency: We will keep you updated throughout the process and inform you if any issues arise.
Communication: If an application is declined, the reason will be clearly communicated to you.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify the referral programme terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance.
